Brian & Stephanie | Champaign, IL Wedding Photography

Three years ago, I had the pleasure of photographing Kevin and Marisa’s wedding. It was a true joy to be with Marisa’s family again to photograph her brother, Brian, and his fiancé Stephanie!

Brian and Stephanie met at the University of Illinois as they both studied the architecture. Now, they work for competing firms in Chicago as restoration architects! In our initial phone call, they told me about their work of restoring old buildings throughout Chicago, which I thought sounded like the coolest job ever until I heard they step out onto the scaffolding of the really tall buildings. Nope. Not me.

Brian and Stephanie united in marriage back where it all began at the University of IL’s St. John’s Catholic Newman Center and Krannert Center for the Performing Arts. They incorporated their love of architecture into their reception with unique table centerpieces. In place of a candy table, they provided a Lego table! Every piece of their day was well thought out and beautifully executed. It was an honor to be among their friends and family as they celebrated this special day!
